The only way into this courtyard from the street was through the garage and a door inside it. Everything came through that door: soil, stones, drainage and irrigation materials, and turf. We replaced the soil, installed drainage, water runoff measures and irrigation, then planted the beds, arranged the stones and laid the turf.
