Transforming an old pond at Eureka school

ATD — MB ATD.LT

Eureka school gave us an unusual job: fill in an old pond that children could fall into. It took 24 truckloads of soil. In its place, we shaped small mounds, built paths, arranged stones and planted the area. We carried out all the ground works, laid geotextile and gravel, and installed irrigation and lawn. We kept one water feature: a spring feeding a small stream through the stones and planting.
